Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your purchased item, you may return it within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund or replacement, provided the following conditions are met:

Condition of the Item:

The item must be returned in the same condition as when purchased, including:

  • Original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
  • No signs of wear, damage, or use.

Receipt:

Please bring the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase with in-store sold items.

Non-Returnable Items:

    Certain items, such as purchases made on sale, are not eligible for return or exchange.

    Return Process:

    In-Store: Bring the item to our store within 7 days of purchase along with your receipt for a refund or exchange.

    Online Purchases: Contact customer service within 2 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. The item must be shipped back in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Exceptions

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
